Wet Press Molded Pulp Details:
It manufactured use Thermoformed process(also known as 'Wet Press') integrates forming and drying process in one mold, no oven curing is needed. This process produces high quality thin-walled items(from 0.6~1.3mm), with good dimensional accuracy, and smooth, rigid surfaces. The raw material is renewable fiber-based resources such as bamboo and bagasse.

We are a manufacturer, we have our own production plants located in Southern China.
2) What type of product do you make?
We produce Molded Pulp Trays and Tooling/Mold.
There's three types of molded pulp trays we supply:
Manufactured use 'Dried-In-Mold' Modern Technology allows for incredibly smooth rigid quality molded pulp tray, the wall thickness range from 0.6mm to 1.3mm, we called it Wet Pressing in molded pulp industry. Main used for tableware, high-quality electric package and cosmetic package.
Transfer molded means after formed then transfer under the sun or oven to dry, which is widely used today, we called it Dry Pressing. The product surface feature is one side smooth but no so smooth as type 1, the other side is rough, the wall thickness range from 1.5mm to 3.0mm. Typical examples are egg tray and industry packaging.
It manufactured with a secondary or specific treatment process, such as additional coating, printing, hot stamping or additives.
3) Are your molded pulp products biodegradable?
Yes, our pulp tray can be 100% biodegraded in natural conditions within 90 days, which is largely shorter than the degradation of synthetic plastics
4) Will there be a mold fee for doing this trays?
Yes, there be a mold fee for all customized design.
