Biodegradable Pulp Tray Details:
It manufactured use Thermoformed process(also known as 'Wet Press') integrates forming and drying process in one mold, no oven curing is needed. This process produces high quality thin-walled items(from 0.6~1.3mm), with good dimensional accuracy, and smooth, rigid surfaces. The result resembles the appearance of thermoformed plastic items. The raw material is 100% virgin fibers such as bamboo & bagasse. It's recyclable, biodegradable, sustainable.

2) What type of product do you make?
We produce Molded Pulp Trays and Tooling/Mold.
There's three types of molded pulp trays we supply:
Manufactured use 'Dried-In-Mold' (also known as 'Wet Pressing') modern technology allows for high quality thin-walled items with good dimensional accuracy, and smooth, rigid surfaces. The wall thickness range from 0.6mm to 1.3mm. Main used for tableware, premium consumer electronics packaging and cosmetic package.
Transfer molded means after formed then transfer under the sun or oven to dry, which is widely used today, we called it Dry Pressing in the molded pulp industry. The product surface feature is one side smooth but no so smooth as type 1, the other side is rough, the wall thickness range from 1.5mm to 3.0mm. Typical examples are egg trays and industrial packaging. Main used for home appliance, electronics, hardware, wine shipper, cooler, egg cartons, fruit container, cup carrier/holder, medical care.
It manufactured with a secondary or specific treatment process, such as additional coating, printing, hot stamping or additives.
3) Are your molded pulp products biodegradable?
Yes, our pulp tray can be 100% biodegraded in natural conditions within 90 days, which is largely shorter than the degradation of synthetic plastics
4) Will there be a mold fee for doing this trays?
Yes, there be a mold fee for all customized design.
